Atmosphere:
More upscale than peachtree buffet. I can't decide which I prefer.

Service:
Other than always getting a different flavored tea, it was good. The guy was kinda funny.


Any waiter who offers to hook up a hose of diet pepsi to my table is approved. Now if he could only work on the hose of gravy

Food:
Oh holy lord, I love soulfood.


It's the closest thing I can get to Busy Bee in KC...and the collard green dip was fantastic.


APPROVED!:
Everything, everything on my plate, Dave's plate & Matt's plate. I don't believe I ate anything off Lontee's plate.

Things smothered in gravy. And I don't normally even LIKE pork chops.



Not approved:
Not being a buffet! But I loved the meatloaf & they don't serve it on the buffet anyways.


2 Things.
a) That it is kinda hard to find. They need some signage at ground level.
b) That I have a direct view of it from my window at work. It makes me hungry.

Intend to return?:
Most definitely.

Atmosphere:
Empty Bar.


It's like one of those dive bars that has 2 patrons and one bartender and those are the only people who ever set foot in the bar. As soon as you unexpectedly walk in, there is an immediate sense of intruding where you don't belong. But you would look like an idiot for turning around and walking out. So you order a drink, consume it quickly and leave as soon as possible. Unfortunately we were ordering pizza.

Service:
Good but really weird. I don't think I even understood half the crap he was talking about.


Long winded. I'm PRETTY sure I didn't need to hear the history of when they order cream cheese.


Food:
CALZONES!


you know....pizza.



APPROVED!:
Calzone size, Not too big, not to small.


That I made it out of there alive.



Not approved:
No cream cheese. Really? Having cream cheese in my calzone was the whole reason for going.

For all the hype that they get, I thought the pizza was average. I mean I might as well walk another 2 blocks and go to D'bronx.



Intend to return?:
Maybe not to the restaurant, but they deliver to work, so...


Unless someone is holding a gun to my head probably not.

Golden Wrap - August 15, 2008

Atmosphere:
I don't even know how to explain it. Its like one of those quick shop stores eating area but with out the gas pumps.

Special. So special.



Service:
Delightful. Usually have to wait at the counter to till its done, but they let us sit and brought it to our table

Fine.....but it seemed like my wrap took FOREVER this time.



Food:
Golden Wraps, what do you think?


Not as good as previous times, but still good.



APPROVED!:
They have the best pitas ever


Wraps. that are golden



Not approved:
Where is the yellow sauce? That sauce made the wraps.


I don't like fast foody type places where you pay AFTER you eat. It just seems strange.


Intend to return?:
If they bring the yellow sauce back!
